Not quite yet abandoning x86_64
I was up late writing a long rant, about all the things that drove me crazy about x86_64 architecture, and Linux, after 3 long years spent with it. I was at the point where I had put a new hard disk in my dual opteron, had a download of the FC6-i386 dvd going, and the rant was pushing three pages of incoherent sputtering rage...Legalize off earth land ownership!
I wish I could cut the title of this blog entry down to something that could fit on a bumper sticker, 'cause it's important. It's a "tragedy of the commons" problem writ large. David Täht writes about politics, space, copyright, the internet, audio software, operating systems and surfing.
