"The leaders of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states pledged in ajoint declaration on Thursday to cooperate in fighting terrorism and new security threats and in strengthening their economic and trade ties."
... I find this rather ironic given that a worm writer has thought to distribute the source to his/her latest worm - as part of the worm.
It's sort of like a breeder plutonium reactor being given away with every atom bomb. Sort of like a "worlds of amber" shadow world, where open source has terrorist ties and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization are the good guys...
